Kingdom Light Solar Strategy™

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kingdom Light Solar Strategy™ platform (“Platform”), also referred to as “KLSS,” you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. License Grant

The Platform is licensed, not sold.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with your subscription plan.

All ownership rights remain exclusively with Kingdom Light Analytics, LLC.

3. Intellectual Property

The name Kingdom Light Solar Strategy™, all associated branding, calculation engines, modeling methodologies, algorithms, workflows, system architecture, interface elements, and underlying logic are proprietary intellectual property of Kingdom Light Analytics, LLC.

The Platform is covered by U.S. Patent Pending status.

Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Circumvent subscription restrictions

  • Attempt to extract or replicate calculation logic

  • Use outputs to develop competing software

  • Resell or sublicense access

  • Engage in unauthorized automated scraping

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination and potential legal action.

5. Subscription & Billing

5.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.

5.3 Payment Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize Kingdom Light Analytics, LLC to charge your payment method on file.

5.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  • Access may be suspended

  • Reinstatement requires payment of outstanding balance

5.5 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

6. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

The Platform provides modeling outputs for informational purposes only.

All projections are estimates based on user inputs and assumptions.

Kingdom Light Analytics, LLC makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Tax credit eligibility

  • Utility savings

  • Depreciation outcomes

  • Financing approval

Users must consult licensed professionals before relying on outputs.

7. No Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Kingdom Light Analytics, LLC disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Accuracy of calculations

  • Error-free operation

  • Continuous availability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Kingdom Light Analytics, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user to Kingdom Light Analytics, LLC during the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kingdom Light Analytics, LLC from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of modeling outputs

  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

10. Force Majeure

Kingdom Light Analytics, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, hosting provider failures, payment processor interruptions, governmental actions, labor disputes, or other events beyond reasonable control.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Unauthorized use is detected

  • Intellectual property is threatened

12. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to update or modify the Platform at any time.

Version updates will be reflected within the application.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
